For 2nd quarter 2025, CVS Health reported Medicare Supplement member in-force counts of 1,236,000, a decrease of 17,000 in the past quarter and 58,000 over the past 12 months.  The 58,000 decrease in membership in the past 12 months is a 4.5% decrease relative to the membership at 6/30/2024.  The table below shows CVS Health’s Medicare Supplement enrollment counts by quarter since 1st quarter 2019.  CSG Actuarial projects CVS Health’s Medicare Supplement sales to be in the top six in the overall market over the past 12 months.

CVS Health reported 2nd quarter 2025 Medicare Advantage lives of 4,240,000, a 0.5% increase over 1st quarter 2025 and a 2.3% decrease over 2nd quarter 2024.  The table below shows CVS Health’s Medicare Advantage enrollment counts by quarter since 1st quarter 2019.  CVS Health’s Medicare Advantage lives rank 3rd in the market as of 2nd quarter 2025.
